Caya Self Care Challenge
This 3 week series is created to help you stay on track with what’s important: YOU! The hardest part about “staying in” is staying accountable for our own self care. Self care is working out, eating well, and taking moments to yourself, just to name a few! You are worth it and you deserve it! We need those moments everyday that help us recenter, refocus and reconnect. We are here for you and want to help. Let’s self care, let’s challenge ourselves, and let’s do it together! Weekly winner & prizes, daily check ins, and more!
Here is how it will work...
Starting June 1st, each week you’ll have a chance to win weekly prizes. The more you workout and “check in”, via Instagram or Facebook the greater the chances are to win. Check in’s include tagging us in your social media posts using the hashtag, #cayaselfcare.
We will need your Instagram or Facebook handle to follow your journey. If you do not want to use your personal social media pages, you can create a new one just for this challenge.
Weekly winners will be announced on Sunday evenings. Grand prize winner will be announced on 6/21.
Each Sunday we will provide you with tips and tricks to keep you on track. You will need a current Caya membership, which can be purchased through our online store - our LIVE and/or video on demand classes can be used during the challenge. LIVE classes will be streamed through our MINDBODY platform and our Video On Demand collection are all prerecorded fitness workouts that be access anytime, anywhere.
We will also include additional workouts and a nutritional lecture by NutrishMish free of charge.
You will be provided with a, “Welcome Email” with additional information. This will give you time to mentally and physically prepare for your self-care challenge.
