2024 Pilates Teacher Training - Cadillac / Trapeze Table

 

Our 100-hour certification program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills to become a proficient Pilates instructor, enabling you to teach Pilates exercises at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, just as Joseph Pilates envisioned, with a focus on utilizing the Cadillac. Through our training, you will gain the confidence to instruct Pilates in both group settings and private sessions. This certification is widely recognized and can be utilized at studios across the country.

 

Workshop Dates:

 

Saturday 5/18 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM 

Sunday 5/19 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Apprentices have from May 18th to September 1st to fulfill the following requirements: a workshop weekend, observation/teacher training hours, one written test, and one practical test. The observation/teacher training hours can be completed at your own pace within this timeframe.

 

TOTAL HOURS:
Workshop - 15 HRS
Observation - 20 HRS
Teacher Training - 65 HOURS

 

Workshop hours - are the hours we meet as a group during the above dates and times. During these hours we will go over the course objectives.

 

Observation hours - can be completed in the studio or at home utilizing our video platform. Taking privates also qualifies for observation hours.

Teacher Training hours - completed at the studio with an employee of Caya or with another apprentice in your group.

Introduction to the Cadillac
Pilates instructor etiquette
